About the Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee, (ACC), was established to ensure the quality and harmony of each home within the community of River Reach Pointe, thereby protecting the investment of all property owners. The ACC has the duty to work with homeowners to improve their properties and to maintain an equitable and consistent policy regarding compliance with the Covenants & Restrictions.
The ACC maintains the Architectural Request Form (Documents) for such items as fences, sheds, shingle replacements , solar panels, exterior paint changes, etc. Please submit forms to the attention of the ACC at 1024 Jervey Point Rd or via email. This committee meets once a month so response may take up to 45 days.
The neighborhood beautification project is a sub-committee under the ACC, which includes the entryway and common areas of our community.

Mailbox Standard: Because uniformity preserves the aesthetic appeal of our community, ultimately enhancing home values.
- Post Caps MUST be maintained in Copper : For Replacements of the Shared posts its typically 6 x 6 , Single posts 4 x 4. Can be Found at Lowes in the Lumber section or Ace Sweetgrass aisle 30. For Polishing try buffing cap with lemon & salt.
- Black Metal Mailbox: Gibraltar Elite 6.9W x 8.9 H, found at Lowes .
- House Numbers: Must be white one inch in height & centered on the door of mailbox(NOT on side); Amazon or Ace Sweetgrass Aisle 30. Picture shown using Americana font by Minglewood via Amazon
- Mail Posts: Must be wood and painted black . NOTE: For Shared Posts, mailboxes should use same white number font.
